this area explores how an attentive educational relationship can facilitate the identification and contextualization of successful pedagogical solutions aimed at the realization of specific teaching goals. The key to triggering this process consists in the development of self-awareness, observation and listening skills. The ability to listen, combined with the ability to observe, can in fact allow teachers to calibrate and adapt their action and didactic methods based on the knowledge acquired and considering the specificities of each pupil and how these can be supported to facilitate the learning process.
